Rosemary Smudge Stick

Rosemary is a fragrant, woody perennial boasting dazzling blue blossoms and slender evergreen leaves. Found wild around the Mediterranean and globalized beyond, its leaves are most well-known as a culinary seasoning. The botanical name, Rosmarinus officinalis, carries with it a long history of legends and healthful uses, particularly as a memory booster.

Dried rosemary sprigs can be extracted, infused into oils and vinegars, or added to herbal teas. Rosemary has several beneficial properties, promoting healthy cognitive functions among them. A treasured delicacy in the Mediterranean, this aromatic member of the mint family is easily cultivated and effortlessly grown in many home gardens.
